Annual HVR Banquet

Posted on November 13th, 2014 12:52 PM by Jeff Kriz

Our annual banquet will be held on 25 Jan. '15 at the Vinum Cafe  84 Brotherhood Plaza Dr.  Washingtonville, NY 10992 from 12 noon till 4 pm.

Check out the place at:   vinumcafe.com.  The cafe is located at the Brotherhood Winery, the oldest winery in America.  They do give wine tasting tours.  The location is near the center of our region so the turnout should be good.  Let me know if you will need any lodging information as I think the nearest motels are in the Newburgh area.  The cost will be $50 a person.  Checks can be made out ahead of time and sent to our current treasurer, Linda Eurich   2790 Salt Point Turnpike  Clinton Corners, NY  12514.  Make check out to HVRPCA.  Be sure to let me know that you are coming so I can keep an accurate headcount.   aklon30@yahoo.com

Since it is buffet style you can sample a bit of all the offerings but I would like to know your preference, i.e. meat, fish, fowl, just for logistic planning purposes. There will be a deadline for reserving a spot of the 20th of Jan.  Any one wanting to attend after that date will have to contact me to see if space is available.  (Allen K. Littlefield   aklon30@yahoo.com) We will have a 'snow date' if needs be.  Hope to see many of you again and have a very good holiday season.
