Our annual banquet will be held on 25 Jan. '15 at the Vinum Cafe 84 Brotherhood Plaza Dr. Washingtonville, NY 10992 from 12 noon till 4 pm.
Check out the place at: vinumcafe.com. The cafe is located at the Brotherhood Winery, the oldest winery in America. They do give wine tasting tours. The location is near the center of our region so the turnout should be good. Let me know if you will need any lodging information as I think the nearest motels are in the Newburgh area. The cost will be $50 a person. Checks can be made out ahead of time and sent to our current treasurer, Linda Eurich 2790 Salt Point Turnpike Clinton Corners, NY 12514. Make check out to HVRPCA. Be sure to let me know that you are coming so I can keep an accurate headcount. email@example.com
The Menu: Buffet Style

-Roast Beef Carving Station, with Bearnaise and Horse Radish Sauce

Since it is buffet style you can sample a bit of all the offerings but I would like to know your preference, i.e. meat, fish, fowl, just for logistic planning purposes. There will be a deadline for reserving a spot of the 20th of Jan. Any one wanting to attend after that date will have to contact me to see if space is available. (Allen K. Littlefield firstname.lastname@example.org) We will have a 'snow date' if needs be. Hope to see many of you again and have a very good holiday season.

Mills Mansion in Staatsburgh State Historic Site
See classic cars in a "Great Gatsby" type setting, during peak leaf-peeping season. Free admission, but donations gladly accepted.
Mills Mansion’s Classic Car Event is on for October 19, 2014
Last year we had a great turnout with over 20 cars.
Come and stay the whole day or come by and see the 900 + Classic cars on display.
You can come in costume for the year your Porsche was made, or any other year you desire.
Cars are asked to be there around 10:00am and the event runs to about 4:00pm. Please note; you are not required to stay the whole day, only if you want to.
Things you may want to bring if you decide to come to the Mills Mansion Event:
* Lawn chairs
* Cooler with your lunch and favorite beverage
There are vendors who sell things, but I am unsure
of their menu and pricing.
Ray and I are looking for a head count for the event, so the planners can make space enough for our cars.
We would also like to know if anyone would like to meet for dinner afterwards at a restaurant in which I can make reservations.
Please get back to me no later than the 15th.
Ray or Linda Eurich
